When should I place my order?

For our Wedding cakes, we advise that you place your order at least 4 weeks in advance of your wedding date. Other custom cakes should be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance, or more.

To avoid any disappointment, please place your order early rather than too close to the date of your event as we only take a maximum of two cake orders per week; this will ensure no orders are rushed and our high standards of quality are maintained.

How do I place my order?

We require a 50% deposit of your total purchase price to confirm your order. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person. The balance for your order is due 10 days prior to delivery or pickup.

What are my payment options?

You may pay for your order either by cash or bank transfer.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Any cancellations which occur 10 days or more prior to your event will forfeit the 50% deposit we require upon booking your order. Cancellations which occur less than 10 days prior to your event will forfeit the entire payment.

We accept postponements for your order within two months from your original event date, but please be advised this change of date will be subject to our availability.

What are my delivery options?

Customers may pick up their orders or have them delivered. If you choose to have your cake delivered, a delivery fee does apply. The amount of delivery fee will depend on the distance we need to travel and whether the cake needs to be set up once it arrives at your venue.

For wedding cake orders, we recommend opting for the delivery and setup option to ensure your cake arrives safely and is set up correctly at your venue. This will save you undue time and stress. We request that customers contact us for quotes regarding delivery and setup fees.
